Due to the nature of personal care products, we only offer replacements under the following conditions:
- Product arrives damaged
- Incorrect item received
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Customer preference or dissatisfaction
- Improper use or storage
