Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Rugged Workman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
